Do You Make Custom Bar Pads or Pad Sets?

Yes! We make custom bar pads, numberplates, custom grip donuts and private label bike accessories for many of your favorite bike and powersport brands.

What kinds of pads can you make? 

Nylon and velcro pads are the most popular, followed by old school, deep groove vinyl snap pads (70's - early 80's) and Neoprene pads. We also make motocross style pads, the glossy vinyl popular on mid-school bikes.  If you can imagine it, we can probably make it.

How are BMX padsets made?

Each item is cut, printed and sewn to order Bend, Oregon.  Depending on your design, we'll choose the best process for the best result. We use screen printing, digital printing and sublimation printing depending on the materials and desired finish look.  


Can you make me a custom pad set?

Yes, if  you are looking for at least 20 sets or more. 

Can you make a reproduction padset?

Yes! Reproductions are our specialty.  We can create reproductions if we have a good quality piece of original art such as an original pad sets and good quality photos of the originals for reference.   We've done reproductions for brands like GT, Dyno, Skyway, Powerlite, Profile, ELF, Cyclecraft, Robinson, Mongoose, Schwinn, Race Inc, CW, and many more.  

 

 

We are experts at tracking down old school materials and recreating sets that look and feel like the original padsets.  We are the original factory;  we still use many of the same processes, materials and tools when available or and also updated processes that yield fantastic, consistent results.  Art fees may apply.

When possible we attempt to get in touch with the brand owners.  Please understand if we have to say no sometimes.  It is out of respect for the brand.

Can you help me design my set? 

Yes, you have the option to design your own yet using our online pad set designer or our graphic arts team can help you design a custom set.  Art fees may apply. 

Every order gets a professional design review to ensure a quality result.  Of course, you'll get the chance to review any suggested changes prior to printing. 

What is the minimum order? 

Typically, orders run from 20 sets  or 50 single pads on up.  It depends on the complexity of the project and the production process used. 

Can you make just one padset?

Sorry no, we are set up for a production environment.  We'd be happy to get in touch with the brand though and see if they are open to a larger run.

 

 

What is included in the price? 

All inclusive pricing includes 

  • Setups

  • Retail ready packaging in a poly bag and Flite bag topper card or you may provide your own branded card

What fabrics and styles do you make?

Can you make custom size pads? 

Yes, we offer the most common sizes in our standard product line.  We can also create a custom size pad run.

Do you make other custom BMX and Bike accessories? 

Yes! We also make custom grip donuts, BMX seat covers, numberplates, even brake lever covers and just about any other product that can be printed or sewn. 

Can you make custom BMX T-shirts, Gear and Jackets? 

Yep!  We print BMX T-shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, wind breakers, performance sports wear and accessories like bags.  We print most fabric products with the exception of sublimated jerseys.
